What a delightful day!!! It was fun to meet Amy at Strawberry Patch Park and walk in the light of day instead of the dark of dawn. For a moment I reverted to my "South Madison County" stay-at-home mom days when my children swung high in the swings and slid down the slides. We had a delightful walk and visit. The weather was perfect. I hope it is like this in Chicago. HA! Amy's walkin'/talkin' friend joined us and we ran into MM Ann. The time passed quickly and before we knew it, it was time to return to reality and work. Legs are feeling stronger. Gotta run.

Thanks for the words of encourgement on my blog. You're right, take one bite and it's all over...
I'll drink lots of water and pace the halls on breaks rather than visit the "juice bar".
Sounds like fun at Strawberry Patch. I live in Clinton, so don't have much of an opportunity to get out there, but maybe I'll try some evening after work to go there for my walk.
